MC-230 & MC-430 Motion Controllers

Characteristics

    The  MC-230 (2-Axis) and the MC-430 (4 Axis) Controllers are used for Point to Point control and Linear Interpolation of the general purpose motion systems. Each Axes can be controlled independently and absolutely. Multi-task Control can be applied to 8 axes in parallel. S-curve, Trapezoidal as well as complex movement profiles can be generated with these Controllers in order to provide smooth machine operations for Stepping motors and Digital Input Servo motors systems.

Play Mode: includes running a program (automatic execution, 1-line execution, external activation, on-line execution), moving a load to a desired data position.

Program Mode: includes generating, editing, deleting programs and position data; Also teaching, uploading as well as downloading.

Parameter Mode: includes setting up motor types, sensor logic, encoder parameters, and so on.

Low speed: 1 ~ 65,535 Khz in 1 Hz interval.

Standard: 12.5 ~ 819,187 Khz in 12.5 Hz interval.

High speed: 25 ~ 1,638,375 Khz in 25 Hz interval.

The speed is specified as the moving distance of 1 pulse within 1 second.

Acceleration

Low speed: 1 ~ 1,000 Hz/msec at scale 100%.

Standard: 125 ~ 12,500 Hz/msec at scale 100%.

High speed: 250 ~ 25,000 Hz/msec at scale 100%.

Clock output: 2-clock system or 1-clock system is used.

It is possible to use open collector and line driver logic switching.
