PG014 , 4 Axis Motion Control Board for VME Bus systems

Description

The PG014 is a double height 4 Axis Point to Point Motion Controller for VME Bus systems. Commands are sent from the VME Bus directly to the MPG1010 Motion perpherial chips in order to generate Pulse Trains for Stepping Motors or Digital Input Servo Motors. Each Axis has four sensor inputs and five driver control I/O's .

Features

High Speed Pulse Rate outputs up to 1.6 Mhz .
Trapezoidal as well as Complex motion profiles can be defined.
Acceleration and Deceleration Rates can be defined separately.
Point to Point Positioning , Synchronized as well as independent movements can be performed.
Step & Direction Opto-isolated signals, CW & CCW Clocks as well as Phase Differential Motor Driver signals are provided.
Servo ON , Servo OFF , Magnetization OFF, and RESET Servo Driver Opto-isolated signals are provided.
Opto-isolated Forward Limit, Reverse Limits, Near Home and Home position inputs are provided for each Motion Axis. Active high or low Sensor Logic can be selected.
4 Vectored Interrupts are provided for system or user intervention.
