The PPC-2310 is a high performance 3-Axis Motion Controller Card for ISA-Bus (PC/AT Expansion Bus) systems. Commands are sent directly from the ISA-Bus to the Pulse Generator chips, MPG2031’s , in order to generate Pulse Trains to control Stepping motors or Digital Input Servo motors. Each Axis of Motion has Encoder Feedback (A/B/Z phases) inputs and Six Driver Control Inputs & Outputs. This Controller can be used for Point to Point control or Linear Interpolation of the general purpose motion systems. S-curve, Trapezoidal as well as complex movement profiles can be generated with this Controller in order to provide smooth machine operations.
