NYDEN would like to announce the introduction of their newest product, a user-friendly 1-Axis remote driving controller used for Point-to-Point control of the general purpose motion system. Known as the MNC100, the product is characterized by its Z80 microprocessor compatibility and manual teach operations. NYDEN’s intelligent MPG1020 peripheral, a high-speed pulse generator chip, is used in the controller to execute smooth motion to the motor drivers.

The MNC100’s goal in simplifying user programming is achieved by a clearly lined-up LCD Display, which gives users the option to select English or Japanese languages. Offering 16 columns x 2 rows worth of important viewing parameters such as limit values and operating modes to engineers in both North America and the Far East, the MNC100 offers a successful means of controlling worldwide stepper motors and drivers operating in typical noisy and highly-industrial applications. Industries of the semiconductor, machine-building and robotic will benefit from this new controller’s compact size and affordability. At only 500 grams, the product’s measurement is 101(W) x 98 (D) x 40.6 (H) mm.

Nyden's NEW PLG200 is a Dynamic 2 & 5-Phase Controller/Indexer. Whether programmed or used manually, this unit offers the user a unique pivotal switch. This switch can operate both Variable Speed Functions and Index Movement Functions. Software is provided for easy download, edit and instructions of User's Motion Control Program. The PLG200 is compatible with all of Nyden's stepper motors and a wide range of drivers.

The PSU50 is one of NYDEN's newest Driver available for a host of 5-Phase applications. This driver has been proven triumphant when incorporated by customers into such applications as OEM Machine Design, Robotics, Medical, Packaging, and Semiconductors. While this driver is considerably less expensive than many 5-phase drivers on the market, it has an increased the power efficiency of 30%. It is also important to note that the PSU50 is more a more compact unit and thus able to adapt to a wider variety of applications.

The recently designed MAC200 is a 2-Axis stepping motor controller.  Though not yet ready for standard purchase to our general customers, our newest motion controller will have an LCD display interface port, general purpose I/O port and special function I/O port.  The special function port includes 4 user interrupt pins and 2 analog inputs.  Other ports include 2 sets of pulse-direction outputs, limit inputs, home sensor inputs, encoder feedback inputs, and general purpose I/O's. Look for its unveiling in early 2002!
