Amalgamating today’s most advanced nanotechnology with motion control science, Nyden Corporation, a subsidiary of Mycom, Inc., is proud to present our newest line of CE-Rated nano-positioning Stepper Motor & Driver systems. Mycom’s team of award-winning design engineers developed the INS50 NanoDrive™ series to provide users with the highest resolution possible in both step movement and step angle: up to 500,000 Steps-per-Revolution and at a precise angle of 0.00072°

The motor-driver package offers users 16 different resolution step modes: 1-Full, ˝, l/2.5, 1/5, 1/8, 1/10, 1/20, 1/25, 1/40, 1/50, 1/100, 1/125, 1/200, 1/250, 1/500, and 1/1000th. By dividing the mechanical stepping rate by 1/1000th step, the NanoDrive™ series is able to scale down the motor’s operating steps by a factor one thousand times smaller than all other 5-phase Stepper Motor lines typically designed in today’s market with only three basic resolution settings: Full, Half and Quarter Steps.

Nyden also offers a new 2-phase stepper motor line called the INS20 NanoDrive™ Stepper Motor and Driver series. Deriving from the same mechanical principle as the 5-Phase NanoDrive™, the INS20 series, when operating under the 1/1000th step resolution selection mode, achieves an optimal nano-positioning rate of 200,000 Steps-per-Revolution and a precise step angle of 0.0018°.
