Operational Instruction

This controller is designed for fixed speed scan move control. The control logic is described in the below table.
UP FAST DOWN Pos.-limit DN-limit CW-out CCW-out ACC
ON OFF OFF NO * LOW NO NO
ON ON OFF NO * HIGH NO YES
ON * ON NO * NO NO NO
* * OFF YES * NO NO NO
OFF * * * ON NO NO NO
OFF OFF ON * OFF NO LOW NO
OFF ON ON * OFF NO HIGH YES
ON   : push button and/or the related input are active
OFF : push button is release and the related input are idle
*      : ON or OFF
NO   : Not at the upper position limit (software limit)
YES : at the upper position limit (software limit)
Note : The software position limit is set at 170mm (66930 pulses, 0.1"/rev)
When the UP or the DOWN button (or related input) is ON, the controller will keep sending
pulse train output via CW or CCW output terminals. If the FAST button is ON when the UP or the
DOWN button is ON, the controller will increase the output pulse frequency up to the preset
maximum frequency, then keeps sending the pulse train at the maximum frequency. When the fast button
is OFF but the UP or DOWN is still ON, the controller will reduce the output pulse frequency
down to the preset minimum frequency. When the UP and DOWN buttons are released,
the controller will stop the pulse train output no matter the FAST button is ON or OFF.
