Stepper Motors: the Compact Size-11 PS211
Series.

Stepper Motors and Controllers. The PS211
Size-11 Stepper Motor Series will facilitate engineers with reliable
and cost-effective design solutions to support the growing requirements within
the machine-building, medical, semiconductor, packaging, robotic and automation
marketplace.
By making available enhanced product
offerings with assorted features to its globally successful line of steppers and
controllers, Nyden designed the new PS211 module primarily as a complete
solution to speed user’s design time from prototype to final production. Best

NanoDrive™, a high-performance
motion control stepper series that provides users the capability to run a system
up to 500,000 Steps-per-Revolution at a step angle rate of 0.00036˚, Nyden, as a
high-tier R&D and Sales corporation, designed the PS211 Stepper Motor series to
also achieve a nano-speed rate compliant to 2-Phase Nano Stepper Technology. By
reaching up to 200,000 steps-per-revolution at a fine-pitch resolution angle of
0.0018º when driven by Nyden’s 2-Phase SND100 NanoDrive™, the PS211 series
incorporates all levels of product reliability associated with engineers needing
innovative yet compact steppers for the design of cost-effective equipment and
machinery in an ever-growing industry.
Three motors represent Nyden’s new
line of PS211 steppers. Each model is made from a suite of fine-quality polished
steel, magnetic elements and long-lasting durable metal material within both the
rotor and stator portion. With the value-added achievability of reaching 3.0 to
10.0 Ounce-Inch Holding Torque and an amp rating of 0.25 to 1.3 Amps, this
stepper collection offers engineers unparallel price competition, yet is also
expected to guide users into an era of high quality product performance led by
the successful design quality associated with the Nyden trademark. Additional
features for these 110-gram and 22mm motors include optional versions of 1.8 to
3.8 Volts, encoder mounting to execute speed profiles and both unipolar or
