Description

Now, micro-step your
application for ALL precision control requirements. With NYDEN's new
compact PLG240, user-programmalbe Smart Driver-and-Controller in one
has never been so simple to operate! This integrated controller and
bipolar driver offers designers Motion Control programs which are
easily edited and downloaded from NYDEN's PLG240 Commander software
(provided free with the unit). Easily create constant speed moves
and index movement profiles. Twenty-three sets of Motion Parameters,
and Micro-Stepping Mode capabilities: 1/8, 1/4, 1/2 and Full Step
options. Additional 2 outputs provide designers control to easily
operate external devices, and eliminate additional hardware
elements. All instructions and parameters are spelled out and
illustrated in full English description, so engineers require no
need to educate themselves on high-technological "shortcuts". A
single Up-Down Load button opens the gateway to the PLG240 board.
The program automatically configures the selected communication port
and restores the original configuration upon exit. This low cost
controller/driver is ideal for high precision machine designs that
require powering and programming motors capable of performing medium
to high torque.
